DSA - Aktualizacja regulaminu
17 lutego 2024 to data wejścia w życie Aktu o usługach cyfrowych (DSA).
Jeżeli w sklepie internetowym możliwe jest:
- pozostawienie opinii/komentarza,
- dodanie do konta klienta informacji, które nie są wymagane do realizacji zamówienia (np. zdjęcie),
wówczas powstaje konieczność wyznaczenia punktu kontaktowego, poinformowania o nielegalnych treściach, a także stworzenia procesów rozpatrywania zgłoszeń i odwołań dotyczących tych treści.
Na niniejszy pakiet składają się:
- wyjaśnienia dotyczące DSA
- gotowe do zastosowania postanowienia regulaminu sklepu internetowego, które pozwolą na zapewnienie zgodności z nowymi przepisami.
