1. What are the differences between the different subscription packages?

Packages vary in terms of the scope of legal support, frequency of audits, number of hours of individual legal services and additional benefits (e.g. consultations, training, 24/7 availability).

  • Legal Start – for beginner shops.

  • Legal Flow – for growing e-shops.

  • Legal Force – for medium and large companies.

  • Legal Partner – for e-commerce leaders requiring comprehensive legal services.

  • Expansion / Expansion+ – for stores selling abroad.

2. Can I change my package during my subscription?

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan or change your subscription type at any time—for example, from Legal Flow to Legal Force. Simply contact our team.

3. Does the Expansion package only apply to foreign sales?

Yes. The Expansion (for a single market) and Expansion+ (for multiple markets) packages are intended exclusively for online stores selling outside of Poland . We support adapting the store's documentation and interface to local laws.

4. Can I use several packages at the same time (e.g. Expansion + Legal Flow)?

Yes. Many companies use a domestic package (e.g., Legal Flow) alongside an Expansion subscription for a specific foreign market. This provides you with full legal support both domestically and internationally.

5. What are “hours of legal services per month”?

This is the time when ecommerce.legal lawyers provide you with personalized services—e.g., drafting a letter, consulting, document analysis, or interpreting regulations. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.

6. What does a legal audit of an online store include?

The audit includes:

  • analysis of legal documents (regulations, policies),

  • checking the interface for legal compliance,

  • identification of risks,

  • preparation or modification of documents,

  • report with recommendations.

7. Is there a fee for the training included in the package?

  • Legal Start packages include discounts on training and e-books.

  • From the Legal Flow package upwards – participation in ecommerce.legal training is free of charge .

  • In the Legal Partner package, we also offer dedicated training for your team .

8. What is 24/7 support at Legal Partner?

In the event of an emergency (e.g. an inspection by the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, the Office of Personal Data Protection, or the National Insurance Institution), you are guaranteed priority contact with the legal team – even outside standard business hours.

9. How does the Client Zone work in Legal Start and higher packages?

The Customer Zone is a special panel where you will find:

  • updated document templates (regulations, policies, letters),

  • guides and instructions,

  • training recordings,

  • useful legal materials for download.
    You gain access to it after paying for a subscription.

10. What does the start of cooperation look like after purchasing the package?

After purchase you will receive:

  1. Access to the Customer Area (if applicable),

  2. An initial form for your store,

  3. Contact from the legal team to start implementing services (e.g. audit, consultation),

  4. Support and service delivery schedule within the package.

11. What if I need more hours of legal support?

If the need for more hours is sporadic, we offer preferential pricing and a reduced hourly rate. If the need for more hours is constant, we can propose a customized package.
