Document templates - FAQ

1. What do the document templates in the "Document Templates" catalog contain?

The packages include ready-to-edit DOCX files, including:

  • Terms and conditions and privacy policies (various versions, including for Allegro and dropshipping),

  • Copyright transfer agreements,

  • Personal data processing entrustment agreements,

  • NDA + non-compete templates (employment and B2B contracts),

  • SaaS packages (regulations, SLA, policy, entrustment agreement).

2. Are the designs only available as one-offs?

No. All document templates available in this category are also part of the Legal Start package – within the so-called Client Zone .
By purchasing Legal Start, you gain unlimited access to templates and updates , without the need to purchase each document separately.

3. Can I edit documents and adapt them to my company?

Yes – all files are in DOCX (Word) format, which allows for full editing and personalization:

  • you can complete them with your company details,

  • change the provisions to suit your industry and operating model,

  • copy fragments, delete or add provisions.

4. What are the licensing rules?

By purchasing a document template or accessing it as part of the Legal Start package, you can:

  • use the document for your own use ,

  • adapt it to your own company's activities,

  • implement in an online store, SaaS application or in relationships with contractors.

However, you cannot:

  • sell or resell the design (even after editing),

  • share the design with other people or companies,

  • publish the document on the Internet as a template (e.g. on a blog, website, FB groups),

  • use the template when working with clients if you are a lawyer, consultant, accounting firm or law firm .

  • Violation of licensing rules may result in a contractual penalty of PLN 5,000 for each violation and additional claims for damages in the event of greater damage.

5. Who can legally use the documents?

The documents can be used by individuals and companies for their own needs – e.g. owners of e‑commerce stores, service companies, startups, agencies, freelancers, etc.

They are not intended for commercial use by law firms, advisors, accounting offices or other entities providing services to clients.

6. How does the Customer Zone (Legal Start) work?

After purchasing access to the Legal Start package:

  • you gain full access to document templates available in the store,

  • you get access to updates ,

  • you can download and use any designs within your business,

  • everything is available in your account in the Customer Area.

7. Are the designs legal?

Yes – all documents are prepared by experienced lawyers, in accordance with current regulations, including:

  • GDPR,

  • Act on the provision of services by electronic means,

  • consumer law.

8. Can I purchase a single document instead of the entire package?

Yes, each template can be purchased individually. However, the Legal Start package provides access to all templates and is often more cost-effective if you need more than one document.

9. What if the regulations change?

People using the Legal Start package have access to template updates at no additional cost.
In the case of a one-time purchase, updates are not automatic, but they can be purchased or consulted with the law firm.
