He serves as a personal data protection officer for ecommerce.legal clients. He also supports entrepreneurs in expanding into foreign markets and coordinates key areas of ecommerce.legal's operations. He is the author of publications on e-commerce law, a speaker at numerous industry events, and a lecturer. He is a sports, music, and travel enthusiast. He is currently working on his doctoral dissertation on the legal aspects of e-commerce.


Oskar Dziok

Partner/Associate

At ecommerce.legal, he focuses on issues related to e-commerce and commercial law in its broadest sense. He supports e-commerce entrepreneurs in adapting their operations to the rapidly changing legal environment. He also advises entities from traditional industries, including transaction advisory services and corporate services. He prepares documents related to company formation, transformations, and changes in structures. He also handles intellectual property law. Privately, a fan of rugby, e-sports and Mediterranean cuisine.


Alice Christensen

She gained her professional experience working for companies and law firms in Poznań and Berlin. She is fluent in German, including legal terminology, which enables her to effectively serve clients in cross-border cases and to conduct documentation and correspondence in German.


Maciej Olejnik

Legal advisor, gained experience in law firms in Poznań. He supports e-commerce entrepreneurs in conducting their business in compliance with the law, particularly in the areas of civil law and e-commerce. He specializes in intellectual property protection and combating unfair competition, with particular emphasis on serving companies selling on marketplace platforms, including Allegro. Privately, he is a passionate football and speedway enthusiast.


Karolina Witt

Trainee legal counsel

Graduate of Law at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the Karol Marcinkowski Medical University in Poznań. In her professional work, she focuses on issues related to e-commerce law and the legal aspects of product safety (GPSR). She also successfully prepares sellers for Trade Inspection inspections. Her particular area of ​​interest is medical law (especially law in dentistry) and the legal aspects of the beauty industry.


Izabella Stelmaszyk

She graduated in law from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and in German and Polish Law from the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) (LL.M.). She specializes in Polish and German civil law and e-commerce law. She also has practical experience in e-commerce. She is fluent in German, including legal terminology, which enables her to effectively serve clients in cross-border matters. Her personal interests include literature and poetry.
