Training - Omnibus Directive
The Omnibus Directive is a crucial piece of legislation for every online store. The new regulations cover, among other things, price promotions, consumer reviews, price personalization, and online sales. They have been in force in Poland since January 1, 2023, but their proper application still raises many questions, especially among online sellers and marketers.
