The new EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) comes into force on December 13, 2024. It introduces a number of changes intended to improve the safety of products sold on the EU market – both in brick-and-mortar stores and online.

The training will explain what exactly the GPSR changes, who is affected, what new obligations manufacturers, responsible persons, importers, distributors and online platforms have – and how to prepare your company for the upcoming requirements to avoid penalties and gain customer trust.

Who is this training for?

The training is aimed at:

  • online stores
  • producers, importers and distributors of consumer products,

  • owners and operators of online stores and marketplaces,

  • compliance, quality, legal and product safety specialists,

  • all those responsible for placing goods on the EU market.

What will you learn?

  • What are the most important changes introduced by GPSR compared to previous regulations,

  • What obligations does the regulation impose on various entities in the supply chain?

  • What safety, labeling and market surveillance requirements must be met?

  • How GPSR impacts e-commerce and cross-border sales,

  • What tools and procedures should be implemented to minimize legal risks?

  • What sanctions apply.

Why is it worth it?

New regulations significantly increase responsibility for product safety – even in the online world. This training will help your company comply with the law, increase customer trust, and avoid costly mistakes. The maximum duration of the training is 3 hours. GPSR materials will be sent as part of the service. After the training, you can order technical documentation (or have it audited) at a preferential price.
