With the dynamic development of the e-commerce industry and frequent changes in legal regulations, it is extremely important to stay up to date with news and regulations regarding e-commerce.
Our law firm is committed to supporting e-commerce entrepreneurs. That's why we couldn't miss the opportunity to participate in the e-Commerce Fair. It's one of the most important events in the e-commerce entrepreneurs' calendar! It's a great opportunity to establish new business contacts, as well as gain and expand your knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, and regulations related to e-commerce.
Last Friday, October 27, 2023, we had the opportunity to meet with you at the Warsaw EXPO XXI center. During the event, our team actively engaged with visitors, and the founder of ecommerce.legal, Marcin Tomczak, shared his knowledge of legal innovations during a lecture.
The lecture, titled "AI, opinions, Omnibus, Google and cross-border in e-commerce – how to reconcile it all and not go crazy?" was co-hosted by Marcin Tomczak, founder of the ecommerce.legal law firm, and Sebastian Horoszko, co-founder of Zaufane.pl , which provides services for acquiring and presenting customer opinions about companies and products.
The lecture discussed: the use of artificial intelligence in business, current changes to Google algorithms, the impact of customer reviews on increasing conversions in Google Ads, the importance of implementing the Omnibus directive for online stores, new consumer protection regulations and the issue of expansion into foreign markets.
The lecture was an excellent opportunity to present our knowledge and experience in the field of e-commerce law to entrepreneurs and share practical tips on how to run an online store in accordance with applicable regulations while using dynamically developing tools.
In addition to the lectures, our team actively participated in the fair, connecting with attendees, answering their questions, and conducting audits of their online stores. Through numerous discussions, we had the opportunity to learn about the new challenges facing e-commerce entrepreneurs. These discussions broadened our knowledge of the most important legal regulations for entrepreneurs.
This experience has allowed us to gain valuable insights that will allow us to better tailor our services to our clients' needs. We have also established numerous new partnerships, and we believe that this collaboration will be a fruitful response to our clients' needs. Discussions and the sharing of knowledge and experience with other exhibitors have allowed us to gain an even broader perspective on the challenges faced by entrepreneurs and have allowed us to incorporate further aspects of the e-commerce industry into our legal services.
ecommerce.legal's presence at the eCommerce Fair was not only an opportunity to meet entrepreneurs from across Poland in person, but also an excellent opportunity to share our knowledge and experience. Our goal was to provide valuable information through both lectures and conversations with fair attendees.
This was another step in the ecommerce.legal team's commitment to the development of the e-commerce industry and providing entrepreneurs with the highest quality legal services based on the constantly expanding and updated knowledge of our lawyers.
We encourage entrepreneurs interested in working with us to contact us. Our contact details can be found here .
